Airbus ACJ318 Overview (2002 – Present)

Product Overview

The Airbus ACJ318 aircraft is a corporate jet which, like the other models in the ACJ family, is a business jet version of its sister model, the passenger A318. It is the smallest aircraft in the ACJ category.

As of July 2015, nearly a third of the ACJ318 aircraft were purchased pre-owned by their current owners, and two-thirds were purchased new.  25% are currently for sale and of these, 80% are under an exclusive broker agreement. The average number of days on the market before sale is 413.

Brief History

The Airbus ACJ318 began production in 2002 and continues to be manufactured up to the present day. During that time, a total of 20 aircraft have been produced with all currently in operation.

Worldwide Appeal

Of the 18 wholly owned Airbus ACJ318 in operation, by continent, Asia has the largest percentage at 67% followed by Europe at 22%. Additionally, 10% of the world’s Airbus AC318 fleet are currently leased.
