How long have you been working with Jetcraft?
I have been an Authorized Sales Representative for Jetcraft since 2011.
What are your responsibilities within the global Jetcraft team?
I handle aircraft sales and also do sales engineer duties for Russia.
Describe a typical day or week in your role.
My day includes a lot of telephone calls. I spend time speaking with prospects and other brokers/dealers, arranging meetings, studying inventory and exploring the market for new opportunities.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the mobility of the job, it takes me all over to meet with clients and potential clients. It is fun to me to travel around meeting new people. I also really enjoy the team that I work with.
Describe the company culture at Jetcraft and what it means to you?
The company is well structured which allows us to solve any problem and we are able to structure deals that seem impossible. The employees all work really well together to support each other.
What do you want your customers to experience when dealing with Jetcraft?
I want my customers to receive a fast reaction to their needs and requests. I want them to see that they are working with an experienced and fair sales team that is transparent with them.
Who or what has been your greatest professional influence?
My Dad! He is a Sales Director for Embraer Executive Jets. He is a veteran in the aviation industry and I spent a lot of time with him while he was doing conference calls, negotiation, and closing deals. He is always there to give advice or to answer questions that I may have.

Communicative, proactive, athletic.
If you were to buy a business jet, which aircraft would suit your needs and why?
I would choose a pre-owned Legacy 600. It would have the capability to cover all key territories from Moscow. I like that it has three cabin zones and 2 lavatories. All of these benefits plus, it is cheaper than other similar aircraft.
What stands out to you as good customer service?
I believe good customer service requires customer focus. I must use my expert knowledge to help them achieve their goal. I always want to be easy to get in touch with and always there when they need me.
Finally, what is your hidden talent or hobby?
I enjoy playing Tennis and I also enjoy karaoke with friends.
