The Hawker 900XP keeps many of the distinguishing features of the Hawker 850XP such as the winglets, Proline 21 avionics and cabin design. It’s upgraded engines allow it to climb more efficiently and give it an increased range. The inspection interval for the Hawker 900XP’s engines is 6,000 cycles, a marked improvement over the 4,660 cycle inspection interval of the engines on the Hawker 850XP.

As of November 2024, all of the Hawker 900XP ownership comes from the pre-owned market. 7,95% are currently for sale with 42,86% of those under an exclusive broker agreement, non for lease. For those on the market, the average sale time is 188 days.

Brief History

The Hawker 900XP, the newest version of the Hawker 800/800XP mid-sized business jet, received type certification in August 2007. In creating the Hawker 900XP, the Hawker series had been stretched, its wings had been modified, and it was now powered by very advanced, efficient turbofan engines. Dassault launched the Falcon 900 in 1987 and introduced the Falcon 900EX in 1996. In 2003 Dassault began offering the 900EX with the EASy digital cockpit calling the model the 900EX EASy. Based on the Honeywell Primus Epic system, EASy (Enhanced Avionics System) offers improved safety via information management features to improve overall crew situational awareness.

As of September 2024, 96.7% of Falcon 900EX EASy ownership comes from the pre-owned market, the other 3.3% from new. 7 of those are currently for sale with the majority (57%) under an exclusive broker agreement. For those on the market, the average sale time is 292 days.

Describe a typical day or week in your role.

A typical day for me at Jetcraft is split 50 percent between being in contact with my colleagues and other people within the industry. Constantly on the phone, emailing, or some form of communication. While the other half of my day is working on deals, sourcing, finding new prospects, and working out current closings.

Describe what you are most proud of in your professional journey.

I would say I’m definitely most proud of the connections I’ve made and the network that I have built. The team that I have behind me really supports me in utilizing the skills that I have grown up with. So, I’d have to be the network that I’ve created.

Jetcraft’s resources allow me to better utilize our whole company’s data. Our network and connections give our clients a very personalized touch, while still having the global aspect. The Challenger 650 is the updated version of the Challenger 605. The Challenger 650 features 2 additional executive seats to accommodate up to 12 passengers, upgraded engines offering a higher thrust rate to reduce take-off field length, and larger appliances in the galley to assist with faster meal preparation.

As of September 2024, 80% of Challenger 650 ownership comes from the pre-owned market, the other 20% from new. 1.35% of those are currently for sale, without an exclusive broker agreement. For those on the market the average sale time is 59 days.

Brief History

The CL-600 platform has evolved over the years with the Challenger 650 being the latest model. The Challenger 604 was introduced in 1995 as a major upgrade to the Challenger 601 – it was given more powerful engines, larger fuel supply, structural improvements to its wings and tail, and a new electronic flight bag. Ten years later (2005), the Challenger 605 was introduced with an avionics and structural upgrade from the 604 designs. Ten years after that (2015) came the Challenger 650, which Bombardier first announced at NBAA in 2014 with NetJets being the launch customer. A total of 158 Challenger 650 aircraft have been built with 5 yet to deliver.
