How long have you been at Jetcraft?
I have been working with Jetcraft for 2 years. I work with all customers in Turkey, assisting them with their aircraft sales or acquisition needs.
Describe a typical day or week in your role.
Every day is different. Sometimes I am on the phone, or sometimes I am going to meetings, but either way I am speaking with my customers. I am there to help them move through the steps of their sale or acquisition from beginning through closing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing a happy customer once the deal closes. It is fun knowing that I have helped them to achieve their goals, hopefully beyond what they had imagined.
Describe the company culture at Jetcraft and what it means to you?
I knew Jahid before I came to Jetcraft and knew that he enjoyed and excelled at connecting buyers and sellers, and helping them accomplish their goals. Everyone on the Jetcraft team has the same capabilities and drive. They are passionate about the aviation industry and are determined to help their customers accomplish a desired sale or acquisition. Working with so many people who share the same passion that I have, it makes my job a lot of fun.
What do you want your customers to experience when dealing with Jetcraft?
I want the customers to see that we are an agile company. We can change direction and easily rebound from any unexpected circumstances that arise along the way to a closing. I want them to be confident that we are open and honest with them and truly want to help them accomplish their goals.
Describe yourself in 3 words.
Motivated, proactive, adventurous.
If you were to buy a business jet, which aircraft would suit your needs and why?
I would choose a Bombardier Challenger 300. The range is excellent for this location and would allow me to get wherever I needed to. The cabin size is just right, not too big or too small.
What stands out to you as good customer service?
I think good customer service is when in the end, the customer feels like my assistance went beyond their expectations. I want them to feel like I was there to guide them through the entire process, step by step, to the end.
Finally, what is your hidden talent or hobby?
I really enjoy playing tennis and usually play 2-3 times a week. I also enjoy wind surfing when I have the time to go.
