As soon as I wake up, I check my WeChat messages and email, then I set priorities for the day’s work and assign job tasks to the related personnel. Getting phone calls from clients or business partners to maintain good relationships with them, receiving charter or aircraft acquisition requests from clients or their referrals.

Why did working in the Business Aviation industry interest you, and how did you get started?
It was just after the financial crisis in 2008, I relocated to Hong Kong and found this underdeveloped market in Asia. At the time, there were not that many operators around and the size of their operations were rather small. I believed in the Asia market especially in Greater China Region, so I decided to start Sino Jet.
Who or what has been your greatest professional influence?
The greatest professional influence in my career was one of my dear friends from Southern California, Gong, who’s a management executive from on of the largest petroleum companies in Asia. He helped form my passion to be an entrepreneur and gave me so much confidence in starting up a company in an industry that I had very limited knowledge. He taught me to be a leader who is fair and supportive yet able to face challenges. I work hard to exude great care for our clients and be mindful of the needs of my team members.
